Each class weaves together the time-honored elements of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), Bandhas (energy locks), Mudras (gesture), and Nadi and Chakra work (energy channel and energy centres balancing), guiding you home to your own inner temple.
Here, postures are held longer—not for intensity, but for insight. We pause in stillness to feel, release, absorb, and heal. You are always invited to let go of a pose at any moment or to hold it with compassion if it feels safe and wise. This is a space of both structure and softness.

Yoga Style: Fluid-Slow Hatha

Our signature offering is Fluid-Slow Hatha—a deeply nourishing, meditative approach rooted in the classical lineage of yoga. With mindful movement and long-held poses, this practice invites you to:

  • Develop unwavering focus through stillness and breath
  • Prepare the body and mind for deeper meditative states
  • Feel the pulse of subtle energies and emotional alchemy

Your teacher brings more than two decades of international experience in yoga, meditation, wellness education, and community healing.

Fernanda Cano has led retreats and trainings across Nepal, Brazil, USA, Costa Rica, Japan, and India, and served as the main teacher and program creator at Toronto’s most renowned studios, where she developed and taught the Mental Health and Mindfulness 100h Certification program, and 200 h + Continuing Education Yoga Teacher Trainings.

She has worked with children, elders, corporate teams, and diverse communities, schools, and cultural centers. Her work integrates yoga philosophy, sound healing, Ayurveda, and secular mindfulness, drawing from both Eastern wisdom and contemporary therapeutic insight.

Whether through a screen or in person, her teaching is grounded, compassionate, and deeply transformative.
